Sometimes just holding is not that good. Trading is better.

@@ClixMoney Statistically, hodling is better due to the fact that trading is risky and most people lose; once they learn to trade properly, they never catch up again. So for the majority of people, cost averaging is a much better strategy due to the fact there is infinitely less risk

@@ClixMoney But, yes, if you can trade consistently and lock away your gains instead of putting them all on table as trading capital, of course the mixture of trading and hodling is better. Trading with no hodling at all will not work out for at least 99% of investors due to greed and other emotions. So if be sometimes, you mean in some rare cases; of course you are right.

we can trade for longer time and holders will trade their coins somedays anyway. So holding is also a kind of trading. Some people hold a day, some hold for months and others for years. I still remember how I was holding lisk for 6 months and made $2000 profit by selling it after. You will always notice ups and downs in most currencies, so it's always great to buy low and sell high. The only coin that woth hold without speculating I think is bitcoin, because it's completely decentralized, others seems controled by whales who invest in them the most.

@@ClixMoney Absolutely, switching asset classes is essentially trading whether swing trading or going long. The only way it is not is if/when you are earning it for your non-trading based effort.

dtube had a big update yesterday, check their main account on steemit, we will be able now to earn dtube coin and also you can add a video by just droping the youtube link.

@@ClixMoney You earn on all decentralised platforms don't you? Besides instability I will check if they have resolved, I can't stand the Steemit, then Dtube login process.. I have been trying to shame DTube to fix their upload bug for a year and the team pretend the IPFS upload issues don't exist.....so the lost me by appearing like a dead team. Each to their own. I use them all, you will see I have an account on all of them so I will try again for review purposes; but the best to use (easiest, quickest and most stable) over the past 18 months has been BitTube
